My Mission:

I want to create a place where people can come to find magical things. My main focus will be sharing thrift store finds, and how to get treasures for cheap. I want to one day have my own vintage store, and maybe even learn how to make my own clothes. But this is just the start to my adventures. So join me in discovering the things that inspire us...

Gettin' Nutty in the Pants

So, I have been thinking a lot lately about these new pant trends circulating. The boyfriend jeans, harlem pants, riding pants, and cropped trousers. I love that there are way more styles to choose from these days, because I personally do not feel like I can rock the until-now-raining-champ, the skinny jean. Boot cut feels old... and flares even older. But are these new trends doable, can they be worn by the average person and found at a sensible price? I think the answer is... Yes! some of these styles take a woman a little more brave of heart, like the riding and harlem pants. But I think I am going to track down the others, and you should too! The boyfriend and cropped trousers could even be altered from thrift store men's pants. I am going to give it a go, and keep you updated along the way. Operation...nutty in the pants!

  1. The first pic is from secondskin (http://secondskinstyle.blogspot.com/) in case you felt the ethical urge to credit the image.

It'd also be nice if you went back to the previous post and 1) credited my photo to my blog 2)corrected the misprint of my blog, to the correct one: http://www.thecitizenrosebud.com

I wish you much success in your blog, and hope you give proper credit to other bloggers who work hard producing original content.

    Take care, Bella Q
